Merrytooth,

If all of members will keep thinking like you , this group will not work.

Have a broad mind ..pls and do not take my words offensive.

All other members are helping each other selflessly, that is the meaning of this group.

If you do not like anything, pls ignore rather than spreading negative energy, As we all (VAWA members) faced enough discrimination from US citizen spouses.

For more clarity on my situation , pls do PM.

Are you kidding? You cannot return on a tourist visa for therapy to get away from someone in the US. You have been advised about this before. I knew your name looked familiar but could not figure out why.

You pled guilty on your own. You left the country. Sandra already chastised you about this. Why are you trying to rip off taxpayers? If you are afraid of your abuser, stay out of the country in which they live. You CANNOT avail yourself of services as a tourist. You are being untruthful.

Now that you have been caught lying for a second time, STOP!!!!!!

Hello everyone. My I 485 was moved to

National Benefit Center.

Who knows how long does it take? I already had fingerprints when I was married, they said that probably gonna use those for VAWA.

My work permit LL be expired this month, I just applied for another one, but I read on the internet that it takes 90 days.I am really sad, because now I have to wait 90 days or smth. Is it possible that I LL gets an invitation for the interview before my work permit comes?

I can not argue with you , AS I am not in race to convince you what I am doing ....It is fight of my life.

and

TO open your mind first.

I have not pleaded guilty & the matter is pending with court ... You are too negative to listen or to read your messages.. Your behaviour seem cruel.

I am not going to reply any of your message anymore.

I request ADMIN to handle you separately and stop going away from the prime focus of the group, that is helping each other , not to spread the negativity.

@Sandra thank you for helping always! My i765 has my sisters address and I'm filing my i485 with my new address. Will changing the address online delay its processing? I don't care if my EAD gets sent to my sisters address because it will be safe.

@sandra or others who've had multiple address changes. Ive changed my address once already on my I765 which is in GA. I now reside in TX and filing my i485 under my new address. My lawyer who filed i765 is also in GA.

1. Does it matter where my lawyer is located?

2. If I don't change my address the old address is a relative so the file will be safe. Will changing the address delay my EAD ?

Hello VJ members- I wanted to thank Sandra again (God bless you and the work you do for others). While most of us on here get notifications on new posts and wait- here is a prayer for us. I also filed my I-485 today - asking for your prayers that all goes well with my file and the process is fast without delays.

Dear Jesus,

Our journey through life is long and hard. We cannot make this trip alone; we must walk together on the journey.
You promised to send us a helper, your Spirit. Help us to see your Spirit in those you send to journey with us.
In the refugee family, seeking safety from violence,
Let us see your Spirit.
In the migrant worker, bringing food to our tables,
Let us see your Spirit.
In the asylum-seeker, seeking justice for himself and his family,
Let us see your Spirit.
In the unaccompanied child, traveling in a dangerous world,
Let us see your Spirit.
Teach us to recognize that as we walk with each other, You are present.
Teach us to welcome not only the strangers in our midst but the gifts they bring as well: the invitation to conversion, communion, and solidarity.
This is the help you have sent: we are not alone.
We are together on the journey, and for this we give you thanks.
Amen.
