May I also ask what you provided for the RFE for good faith marriage and proof of cruelty/battery?

Also, could you tell us where your local office is? 6 moths at the local office is a long time. Wondering if that is typical for all local offices or yours is a particularly busy office?

Hello everyone I know I don t visit this forum often. But I wanted to share that my form I 360 was approved on August 5 2016. Now I'd like to know if someone has experience with vawa after approval. Do I need a medical report? Do I need to send exemption of affidavit of support I 864 w along with I 485 and I 765 and I 912?

Polilla you need to submit G325A, I-485, I-765(optional), I-131(optional) I-864 W, I-693 and G1145, if you can't afford to pay USCIS you have to submit form I-912 as well,plus a copy of the marriage certificate, a copy of your birth certificate and respective translation, divorce degree (if you have), passport pictures, copy of your passport etc...

To get police clearance certificate do i go to this website to get it https://oag.ca.gov/fingerprints/visaimmigration

or should i go to local police station in my area to get it. ?

Polilla you need to submit G325A, I-485, I-765(optional), I-131(optional) I-864 W, I-693 and G1145, if you can't afford to pay USCIS you have to submit form I-912 as well,plus a copy of the marriage certificate, a copy of your birth certificate and respective translation, divorce degree (if you have), passport pictures, copy of your passport etc...

Then do I have to contact a civil surgeon before I mail form I 485 to do my medical or wait until I get instructions from uscis?

Hi everybody,

I received letter of i485 interview today, I will have interview on 08/23 at New Orleans.

The status online didn't change at all. So it's not a good source for information.
