Oti, notice of deferred action is a document that says u are not going to be in removal proceeding until you get your green card. They sent that paper to me along side

Skazzka remember my case was transffered in Dec 31,Well this month in April i got my interview letter it will be in May and my office is NY.i hope you get yours soon next month.

I'm glad to hear that. My I-485 was transferred to a new office last February 10, 2016. I think it was in Missouri. I hope I will get my interview letter soon and go for the interview here in Buffalo, New York. The waiting and silence is killing me!

Hello guys,

I'm getting ready to submit everything next week, my question is do I submit a copy of my already I-485 AOS form and I-130 that my husband and I submitted last year? Do I submitted those along with my vawa application? I already got a notice that my GC interview is schedule for May 26, 2016 that next month. I will be attending by myself and asking this immigration officer if he can put my interview on hold afte vawa gets approved. Just want to know if I need to submit old application from when my husband and I filed last year. Also, do I tell the officer anything else other then to put my interview on hold??

Thanks
