Hello @dodgertown guess what im still waiting for AOS interview date,but last year on DEC 30 i got case update saying my case is transfered and a new office has jurisdiction so since then things been quite again and this waiting game is killing me?.

Amandla, my case was transferred to another office end of November 2015, and I am still waiting too, no updates yet, AOS interview was not scheduled yet.

Skazzka i hope our turn comes soon i been reading other forums lot of people who's case been transfer in Nov/Dec already received their interview dates for March.

I hope so too but I think it depends on the local office as well. I checked website my local office has some delays in processing I485. If I dont get interview notice by the end of March, I will schedule infopass though.

Hi Sandra,

Please I need your help again ! I got rfe for psychological evaluation. I have been looking for a psychiatrist. They keep asking me what I need it for and I say immigration. They don't seem to understand what I am saying. I also tried saying VAWA and no luck. What do I tell them I need it for? What do they need to include? They ask me what I need them to do but I dont know how to explain to them. I submitted one from a therapist with the application but I guess it was irrelevant. Anyone who has also had psychological evaluation done that USCIS accepted please help! I am going crazy !Thanks.

VERYFAITHFULL if your psychologist doesn't know how to draft a psychological evaluation then imagine what kind the work she will perform in your case.

I was thinking the same thing Sandra. I just assumed there was a special name people called it since they did not understand me. That is the only psychiatrist available in my area. The rest would not take me except through referrals from doctors. Will a psychologist do? Or does it have to be a psychiatrist?

Geohaven, how do you know your case was transferred from NBC to local office? I dont think they update their system when they transfer to local office. Did you find out from infopass appointment? I have been waiting too but no interview notice yet.

Mine is updated online. It says it was transferred to my local office for adjudication.
