k1 visa case transfer to another embassy

We would like to ask for anybody's help most especially to those who have gone through what we are experiencing now.

We have received our NOA2 last September 30 however, we had to request for a case transfer from Abu Dhabi to Philippines last October 19. We have been waiting since October and haven't received any update yet except the transfer in progress on the CEAC site that was updated last November 17. I've constantly followed up our case from the US embassy manila and received the response jusr yesterday that they are just about to receive our case. I've tried to contact Abu Dhabi as well how ever they couldn't even give me a good answer that both of the embassies advise is to just wait.. Waiting is getting tough most especially that we are expecting our little one on May. As much as we can do something to help and push them to speeden up the process, we would love to do it.

Since this is new to us, we would like to ask for advice. I hope someone could give us some advise. How long do we really need to wait?

We just need to be with my fiance before we give birth already.. I would want him to witness how my tummy would grow bigger and the time I'd give birth.

It's time to talk to your congressman. Check their websites and then use that to contact them. You'll need to sign a privacy waiver (a lot of them have it on the website and others will email it to you). I'd be sure to have a concise timeline for them to look at. But they should be able to get a better answer for you and it will be quicker than just waiting. Do it today and you might have information by Christmas.

Thank you so much. We have started doing this one. Fiancé will be sending everything tomorrow and I hope we get answers as soon as possible and we hope I'd have an interview as soon as possible too.
