Im aware there was a fee for the i130 which we already paid but we are living abroad in korea and bypassed sending the documents to NVC since we are living here and will instead bring them to the interview.

At the interview does another fee need to be paid if u are abroad?

If you are submitting your AOS(Affidavit of Support) that's $120 and the IV (Immigration Visa) fee is $325 at embassy.

Once you are approved and pick up Visa you can then pay your $165 Visa Fee which really is the Green card production fee. Some pay before they leave country others pay after they arrive. Your choice.
