Hiii

Background : My Father's brother in US sponsored my Father and our entire family including my Mum , sister and me in 2003 . It took 10 years for the petition to be approved out of certain reasons . Now my Parents have received their fee bill invoiced . Before making the payment we requested NVC for the inclusion of me and my sister in the visa petition because as per CSPA calculation , we both are below 21 . We sent the relevant documents and received the 30 days review letter .

Issue : Now , after 45 days we received the response which mentions review of documents , AOS , submission of documents and has asked to pay the fee but has not assigned the fee bill invoiced nor it is reflecting on the website .

Hence am confused if this response is in relation to CSPA petition or further instructions for my Parents ???

Will be grateful if can be guided for the same

Kind Regards
