HI all..been a while since i said HI to u all.. (F)

my last touch was 01/30..but nothing from then on..is it common..or should i start my fight like i did for USC oath ceremony..talking to Senator/Congressman office... :huh:

I'm waiting over a month still for the first touch, and my congressmen are telling they can't do anything till after a year of waiting. >.<

5-22 129F recieved @ NVC

5-29 forwarded to Embassy

6-12 interview date set (discovered, rather) ... (still no NOA2)

6-22 email notification of NAO2 for I-130

6-27 email notification of NOA2 for 129F

7-15 Medical appointment - Docs say she has pneumonia and want to run 2 months + $2K USD of tests.

7-19 interview

7-20 informed that she has cleared medical. Documents not yet forwarded to Embassy, they will not release them to her, saying they must deliver the documents themselves. (Not true. many people had their medical papers @ the interview)

7-21 Missed flight

7-25 Docs recieved by embassy, visa all ready to go

7-27 Visa revieved

7-28 ARRIVED IN USA!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

...

waiting for AOS NOA

9-28 5 page RFE sent :(

10-7 RFE recieved

Don't worry. It's common not to receive any touches for months and then see an approval (see my sig timeline). There isn't much point in contacting your Congressman until you're beyond official processing times, which is usually about six months after your NOA1.

It's hard not to worry that they've lost or mislaid your petition, but those early touches you received show that your petition is safe and sound and is awaiting it's turn in the processing queue.

I hope the next touch you get is an approval. :)

Hi back at ya. Yes it is so hard to wait in this part of the process. Hang in there it won't be much longer and you will get that e mail with the approval.

Visa Approved! Interview Completed.

Visa Delivered by DELBROS October 28th, 2006

October 30, 2006 Arrived back in LAX with Melinda, were going to Disneyland!!!

November 6th, 2006, Melinda and I are back home in Winslow Arizona loving Life!
