Hello All,

I am currently filling I-134 form: Affidavit of Support for my fiance(e) and her daughter. Line #9 asks: previously submitted affidavit(s)...and I am not sure what should I do with the following 3 cases

1) I submitted an I-134 for a family friend over 25 years ago (I am sure he is a USC now. He is a Doctor who has been practicing Medicine here for many years in US). Do I need to list him?

2) I submitted an I-864 for my Mom (in 1990) and my Dad (2000) for Green Cards. Both of them are now US citizens. Do I need to list them?

Thanks.

Yes, list them all with the dates they were submitted. They are not asking you to include them as part of your household count. The question asks for previous affidavits you submitted.
