hi everyone, im a little bit worried about all the sponsoring stuff and i wanted to share my case just to read your opinions, my fiance is an army veteran,

he's disabled in 70%, his anual income is around 18.000$ and he also receives a benefit while he is studying but i know it doesnt count as an income. He will finish his studies May next year so right now he doesnt have a work. He has a daughter, she lives with her mom so he pays childsupport but the trouble here is that when he was married he sponsored the parents of her ex and they have not become citizens yet. It means that he must have an income to support 5 people, he,his daughter, his ex's parents and I. Thats why we obviously have a co-sponsor, is my uncle who lives in the US and he have a good anual income its around 120k, he supports his wife and 3 kids. So what i want to know is if we are fine with our co-sponsor and if my fiance ex' parents could be a problem during my interview, i would really appreciate your advices. We are still waiting for our NOA2 :clock: (our case is in CSC) but we want to be prepared at time..
Thanks :luv:

If he is receiving benefit from the VA for his classes, it does too, count as income. normally it's around $400 extra dollars a month, so make sure to count that in.

No, i dont think so, he receives 2000$ for his classes but he wont receive it when he finish so we are not counting with that.

it shouldn't be a problem...I mean usually a beneficiary whose not currently working could be an issue but in your fiance's case is different. I wouldn't be worry. My husband sponsored his dad and step mom shortly after he sponsored me on my k1 visa. No questions asked whatsoever.
