Cause every time I see a person of color gunned down unarmed and the official story is completely different than the video evidence compared to the mass shootings that somehow a Caucasian male can kill scores of people and somehow get locked up with no issues I beg to differ.

I see; there is wikipedia article about this white privilege "concept" so there is no refuting it. You have to suffer from white guilt to even believe in such a thing as wbite privilege and since a don't suffer from the latter I don't believe in the former. I don't remember any of ghe other guys I worked on the construction crew with while framimg houses in phoenix durig July probably suffered much from white guilt either. Maybe if mommy and daddy would have sent me to the univeristy after high school I might be able to relate to this nonsensical concept.

I believe white privilege is real in certain scenarios just as being a non-white privileges one in others. On the whole, it is easier being white in the US.

I don't understand what this has to do with Brown, though, who robbed a store and assaulted a cop and got the same treatment whites get when they assault cops which is to be met with violent force.

1st bold word. Tell me what non-white privileges are out there. I have yet to see any.

2nd bold sentence isn't true. Robert Dear shot and killed three police officers, which is a step up from assault wouldn't you say? He's alive and well sitting in a jail cell. Eric Frein shot and killed a state trooper and wounded another one. He was arrested without incident and awaits trial. Hell, the guy who shot and killed his girlfriend, friend and pointed a gun at the police begging to be shot didn't get killed. Yet black people have been mowed down for WAAAY less. Why don't you bring some facts into the discussion? White guilt is not the same as white privilege.

There are tons of stories and research that show the benefits of white privilege. The biggest problem is the folks who don't believe it don't understand it. It's not a thing where you get free stuff. It's more about getting the benefit of the doubt no matter the situation. You'll always start in a positive/neutral position, not unlike I, who starts in the negative position regardless of any movement.

It could go either way IMO considering the evidence.

As a black person, I can't think of one time my skin color has gotten me a job or any type of preferential treatment. On the contrary, I have to work harder to prove that I actually belong. If you have some, please post them.

As for the anecdotes, I know full well there are black people who survive their encounters with police officers, just like there are white people who have experienced police brutality. I'm talking about the consistent mistreatment of POC by police, which is way more than when dealing with white people as a whole.
