Are there updated links to follow for adjustment of status ? I noticed some of the links are broken and others appear over 7 years or more older. I am getting conflicting information of AOS for my wife. We are nearing her 90 days and need to get the AOS I485 going. One answer to a question we haven't found the answer too, is, do the filing fee's need to be paid along with the application or does it come after the I 485 AOS is received ? And is it beneficial to file the whole list of documents together at the same time .

you must send a check or money order at the time you send form for AOS I-485 The filling fee for form I-485 is $985 and $85 for biometric services. The more information you send the first time (my opinion) the better. http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-485instr.pdf

We followed the above guide to a T, and we haven't received an RFE, so I suggest following it.

To answer the other questions; Yes, you pay for the fees at the same time. Otherwise your petition will be returned to you. "Other forms" do you mean the AP and EAD? If so, it makes sense to, since the sooner you file them, the sooner you have them. They're free if you have an AOS pending, so even if you don't use them they're good to have in an emergency.

Fee details for including the payments can be found in the I-485 form instructions.

The fees for the I-765(EAD-work authorization) and I-131(AP-advance parole for travel) are waived when filed with a pending I-485, so include both of those too. It takes about 60-90 days to receive the EAD/AP combo card, which will allow you to work(along with an SSN) and re-enter the US when traveling abroad while waiting for the green card approval.

You need all the supporting documents for each form as well, so read the instructions for each one. You can also search here on VJ for what to include with each form if you get stumped. There are also example forms here on VJ you can look at when filling out the forms. They can be helpful.
