So I recently had my Medical at Knightsbridge in London, and i have a few scars which my doctor thought could be self harm scars (i get it ALL the time) I was annoyed by this and she said she will need to give me a letter for my doctors to respond to! Well, £100 later I got my doctor to write a VERY expensive letter stating I do not have any history of self harm/depression on my records etc etc. And I sent it to them in the post.... Anyone know whats next? Will I have to provide any more proof at the interview, come in for another medical, Psychological evaluation?? My interview is in 10 days and I'm getting nervous now!

Thanks any help would be appreciated.

Once your doctors letter is received at Knightsbridge, they will forward your medical results to the embassy. As your doctor has stated that you do not have a history of self harm I can't see why it would even be mentioned. If Knightsbridge needed anything else other than a letter stating you had no history of self harm, they would have asked you for it at the time of the medical.

Usually they are satisfied with a doctor's letter. I had the same issue with scars, but didn't need a letter. I just told them on the interview day they are childhood scars from riding bikes and climbing tree, basically being a kid. I thought it was a strange question at the time, and it caught be offguard.

Thanks for your reply Dave, really appreciate it :)
