Would USCIS accept it since I would be out of status?

I don't know what my status is now, but I came here through k-1 visa and we got married and submitted AOS

People can file for AOS when out of status, as long as they are eligible. You will still be eligible to adjust based on the K-1 entry. See this post for details > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/506298-what-is-the-real-deadline-for-marriage-and-aos-filing/?p=7137244

I received and RFE too, it says "complete federal income tax return of my sponsor (husband) for the year 2014, I then asked my husband what "complete federal tax return is" and he said maybe his whole income tax and not only the w2's and so we copied all (around 10-12 pages) of his 2014 I come tax return, I don't know if that's the right thing they are asking for because I already included his 2014 w2 in the forms I submitted.. I am ready to send it tomorrow. I hope to hear from you guys if I prepared the right thing that they are asking for.. Thanks

Read through this thread.

I sent everything I listed in that one comment.

You can either do that, or go request a full tax transcript from the IRS.

Hopefully what I sent was enough.
