Queen, you are welcome to update your information here! There seems to be a dearth of VSC filers in the table ;) Best of luck!

Hi Happy chic is this something you can update for me (I can see u have helped update a lot of it) or do I update it?

Hi Laura I contacted my local post office to complain about the service and the fact I mailed mine 3 days priority on the 8th December and its STILL in transit. The post office quoted that unfortunately despite people paying the fee and having faith in usps when they PAY for a priority service:

"During this time of year the time it takes for packages to arrive at their destination are increased due to the amount of mail volume that the postal service has received"

I appreciate its the busiest time of year... but if they can not keep to their promise of a 2 day priority or 3 day priority service then they should NOT provide it at this time of year. We are paying a fee for this promise and service. It annoys the heck out of me. So rest assured.... yours is being held up by a broken promise from usps and in a back log with all Christmas mail... whether it be priority mail or not. :ranting:

Last night I woke up from a sms alert that my package reached Santa Ana, CA, so it's getting close and finally tracking updated!

At the post they said the reason for not updating tracking is sometimes the planes are full and the packages sit in cargo and wait for the next plane.

Congrats on the deliveries. :P

Mine still hasn't moved... I understand they're busy and all, but I'd like to see some movement. Think I'll do some contacting tomorrow if it doesn't update tonight.

Yes I would contact your post office and ask them just to put your mind at rest... also the alerts I got on my phone (if you signed up to receive texts on all updates and movements of package) were REALLY slow. The usps said this morning that my package was delivered but it took another 6 hours to alert me on my phone!!!

Vermont. Hope to hear something Monday.......

Well you should get the NOA1 within a month. The VSC is super slow though so the adjudication will probably be about 9 months or more.

Does this mean that this alert doesn't meant ROC cases are going to CSC? (http://www.uscis.gov/news/transferring-cases-vermont-service-center-california-service-center)

Signature coming soon...

Generally it means they are transferring older cases so they get worked first, rather than new ones, but it's possible.

Well today was the expected delivery date and still not a single scan on the tracking, not even "In Transit" yet :/

Didn't get chance to call but I did email them, although that usually takes several days for a reply.

Big sigh of relief this morning - it made it to the destination facility! Not a single scan along the way but at least it's got there! Looks like it'll be getting delivered tomorrow maybe.

I'm so relieved, I had all these crazy scenarios running through my mind about how they could have lost it.
