I would like to know with the DS-260 is that something that I can open and fill out for my husband or does he need to complete it himself? Any assistant would be greatly appreciated. I just don't want anymore hiccups!! I am dreaming I know lol

you can fill it for your husband...Your husband can then login and simply click the 'Submit' button.

Yes, you can submit it on his behalf -- there is a preparer section at the end

Hi,

Yes, here's a sample so you can see what it looks like: http://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/DS-260%20Exemplar.pdf

Or you can use this attorney's questionnaire to get all the information: http://www.gjpclaw.com/documents/Information-Needed-to-Complete-DS-260.pdf

You can submit it for him...just make sure he is familiar with everything you entered on the form...I submitted the form for my husband and daughter and while everything was correct to the best of my knowledge (and his, since he was on the phone with me when i filled it out) i still printed the hardcopy and sent it to him to review, in addition to having him log in and verify everything...Just wanted to be safe, so that if any questions come up at interview he wasn't caught off guard, especially questions we had to rely on others for (like his parents birth place and all that stuff).
