I have been reading on here where a K1 visa holder can get a EAD at the POE..

Is there a reason why this is only for K1 Visa's and a K3 visa holder can't obtain

a EAD at the POE?

Thank You

Michelle

Michelle,

Yes, there is a reason - K1s are employment-authorized incident to status, K3s are not. (Or if they are, DHS has not implemented that section of the law.)

Because there are countless morons in the country and they man the bureaucracy since the first requirement for government jobs is citizenship.

I am now a US citizen.
