hi Vjs i open this thread to find people who are current for next month (january) and not schedule yet...

If there is some if They can share They experiences with NVC..'

Personally when i call they said we still working on december VB .... We works on the next VB every 1st day of the month.... Wich mean the 1st of january for people who are current in january....

I talked at least to 7 representatives all said the same....

In this case why some july filers and "iam happy for them" already got interview date schedule.....

it s very confusing and frustrating ....

Iam Willng to wait but if They schedule end of this month or beggining of january the scheduling ll still be for january ????

Thank you for the reply. I was like you i mean in my case it s my husband who miss to send the right aos so after hé sent it They received on november 3rd... I was afraid like you cause my husband sponsor 3 people me and ours kids ...then after 30 days is been transfert to supervisor ( i called many times for update) the next 2 business day it was complete.

I know they ll schedule this month but i wonder if it ll be for january of february.....

I am July 2014 PD and case not yet complete at NVC (Because I sent the documents late and not yet 30 days). I have been calling NVC last 2-3 days daily to see if the review can be expited as PD is current but I get the standard 30 days reply. I am also worried as I may have sent the wrong AOS form. So I am hoping that I get a message soon if something is missing or wrong in my documents.

From your timeline, it seems your case got completed on Dec 8th. I read somewhere on this forum, that it takes about 2 weeks from the date case is completed at NVC to get IL.

same is with me. my PD July 14 waiting for case to get complete. i send them wrong AOS than i got checklist for that after 32 days.. and now again waiting for 30 days time frame for review.

Over the phone my case was complete and today i recieved email to correct part 5 item 8 do not send to nvc original form must to be take at the interview .... Look like check list or it s like completion ? Thank you

Oh, I see. Actually, I am sponsoring just 1 person (my wife) and sponsorship is based on just my own income (only 1 source that is my salary). This satisfies of 2 of the 3 criteria for sending i864 EZ form. The 3rd criteria is the employer W2 form which documents the salary earned. However, I realized the W2 thing after I mailed my documents (I have sent my most recent pay stub/statement) because W2 of present employer (whose income I have shown) will be available only next year. Now, I am thinking that I should have sent the normal i864 form and not the 'EZ' form. However, I am keeping fingers crossed and waiting to see if the form is accepted without any issues!

They should have kept a single i864 form instead of keeping all the options. This creates unnecessary confusion and possible delays! But then, they might have their own reason for keeping like this for operational purposes!
