When you are so candid and not giving detailed information, it is impossible for people to give accurate advice.....We have to guess what you are asking.

It seems there are many that come to VJ to ask questions for there "friends"....Give exact details to receive exact advice :)

We don't know your "friends" so get the details and share so that you can get helpful info.

But the gist I got is that, that "friend" is out of status, since he was supposed to leave USA on Nov 13th, right?

I can send all the forms together ?? form 130 485 765, G325. if will I need to send the 131 ??

Yes send all forms together since you are paying the fees for all the forms at the same time.

Yes, file I-131, else he wont be able to reenter the US if he flies out.

But why are you filing 130???
