Any touches or updates for Dec filers?

I filed for AOS and EAD December 6. While I have recieved my EAD last week, I haven't heard anything about my AOS application.

Last touch was January 20, saying, my case got forwarded to the CSC. Ever since, nothing.

How is everyone else doing, someone with similar experience?

be happy that at least you have your EAD now, i would do anything to get that for i could not accept a lot of job offers because i do not have it yet.

I was wondering on how much on average nowadays the wait is for AOS interview letters to be received. i know that these vary from one office to another but still

We filed end of November and our last touch was Jan 13. Not a peep since.

and that is with me losing a couple of weeks because of an RFE

We are waiting for security clearance, I have just applied for EAD.

I wasn't transferred to CSC, but my interview is in 2 weeks. I got my EAD a few days ago. See my timeline for more info

I filed at the end of December & was transferred to CSC in February.

No EAD yet, but I have been getting a lot of touches on my AOS recently...hopefully good news soon!

I have my EAD but no updates on my AOS since 1/29 and no interview notice yet. All local offices vary as to where they are in processing AOS.

did you get an email notification when your EAD was approved or did it just show up in the mail one??

my last touch on my EAD was January 20th and my last touch on AOS was January 28. our timelines are very close so i can kinda guess by looking at ur status

I had 2 updates about 3 days apart for my EAD (2/23 and 2/27) and on 2/28 I got an email saying card production ordered and then I got another email 3/2 saying that they mailed me my approval letter. I actually got my card in the mail 3/3. your noa date is 1/3, so you might start seeing some updates for your EAD around March 15th-20th if USCIS keeps processing like they have been recently-I would count on at least 75 days minimum for EAD. good luck!

I filed at the end of october and have heard nothing since 20th Jan. Even that was probably opnly touched then because thats when they approved my ead. I am waiting for the 180 days since csc transfer to i can chase the case. May 14th.

Well I received my NOA on January 1st from USCIS and it says that they received my application on December 29th

so i assumed that December 29th is my NAO right??

i guess 4 days would not make too much difference, i just wanted to know if am considered a december filer or january filer
