AOS interview approved- hours later got a call from IO!

Hi everyone, so we had our interview this morning, it went great, I was told I will get my green card in 2 weeks. I come back home, got a call from an IO saying they only have one page of a medical in their file!!!?? I had one vaccine missing, got it here, went to the civil surgeon, sent it with my AOS, and NEVER got an RFE for the medical. I am so confused right now!

Didn't the civil surgeon provide you with a copy? Can you provide the IO with a copy of yours? You could also contact the CS that did your I-693 to see if they could provide another one for you. Though since they are mentioning that you only have one page of a medical, it sounds like perhaps they are missing your K-1 medical documents, in which you would have to get another medical from the CS.
