Unsure if anyone else has experienced this but, you have to stay on top of things. On November 27th we paid the IV fee that was drafted from the account November 30th I do understand the advice someone gave here that takes 30 days to post. Well, I spoken to one of the best customer service reps last night and wish I could get him every time. He informed me that it slouch have taken only 3-5 days to post. And for anyone that doesn't know when they tell you can email something in it takes 30-45 days for them to review that...So, if you are able mail it in!! Would like to know has this happened to anyone?

it should take only a few days to post after clearing but this all depends on who is doing the data entry, plus holidays and weekends

Saying that my friend had an update posted on Saturday the 4th of July

you were lucky to get someone knowledgeable

Yes Kris&me because some of them are taking up space will tell you anything and some of this customer service it all depends on their mood of the day
