Hello,

I received a letter sent by nvc since 21 months with subject (CHECKLIST COVER LETTER)


i have send all of document's needed, and every 2 months i receive the same letter, the first at 03/27/2014, and 04/04/2014, one more at : 05/07/2014, an other at : 05/14/2014, ....... and the last today 12/09/2015.


I do not understand what it NVC center wants from me.


This is my problem In all letter's :

****In Part 6. Sponsor's Income and Employment, please correct the following... [x] Items 13.a.1. The income you enter must match the total (gross) income reported on your most recent Federal income tax return. If you filed Form 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead.


****** [x] I-864A, Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member, Checklist [x] We found one or more sections that had either incomplete or incorrect information. Please read the instructions below then complete and submit a new form. You can download a new Form I-864A and instructions at uscis.gov/i-864a. [x]

******In Part I. Information on the Household Member (You), please correct the following... [x] Item 11. Your 2014 income must match the total income reported on your Federal income tax returns. If you filed Form 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead.

First of all, pls tone down the letters.

Ppl dont read it when i looks like that.

As i can see, you have not filled out the AOS like you have to.

What ever you put in the box 13.a.1 is wrong and do not match what the IRS has on you.

So put in the right numbers or correct the numbers by filling a 1040EZ as it says.

And the rest is be curse you filled out the first one wrong.

thank you for your answer,

although we completed the AOS form several times, and we also send a letter with the file several times. NVC but we always responds with the same answer.

we change the sponsor and send another AOS file, but the same thing.

Subitted Feb 2-6-15

NOA1 - 2-18-15

NOA2 - 8-18-15

Interview 11-25-15 - Denied

And Here we go again -

New K1 submitted - 1-9-16

NOA1 - 1-12-16 (according to USCIS)

Text received 1-15-16

hardcopy - not received yet as of 1-26-16

they want the adjusted gross income amount line 37 / i did long form 1040 not the easy form but they still wanted line 37 the adjusted gross income

looks like you got the same notice i kept getting. i finally had an attorney fill out the I 864 for me (cost me $300) and he did it exactly as i had done it and they accepted it

you can overcome this by submitting only the copies of W 2's

If sponsor is retired and does not have to pay income on retirement or SS money, you run into this
