~Inquiry about AOS-associated processes, past K1~

Take a look at this excellent pinned thread at the AOS forum for more information about medical and AOS questions, http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/551080-immunizations-ds-3025-or-i-693/

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Follow the instructions for the I-485 Adjust Status form. http://www.uscis.gov/i-485

http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-485instr.pdf

Page 4,Section 7c ; you only need to submit a copy of your vaccination record from SLEC, the DS-3025. Now I do SUGGEST that you make a copy of page 4 and highlight section 7c, then attach it to the copy of your DS-3025 when you submit it with your I-485, reason being is that many adjudicators don't seem to know the actual requirements for the K-1, Fiancee Adjust Status, I would also bring a copy of page 4 to your interview (IF you are interviewed)

You don't need to see a civil surgeon. Just submit your DS-3025.

Some years ago, there was a rogue USCIS officer who was wrongly sending RFEs to K-1ers who did not submit an I-693. He's either been retrained or he has moved on.
