NVC welcome letter

I received NVC welcome letter for my wife's petition and I had a couple of questions. I'd be grateful to hear your suggestions.

As part of the requirements, NVC wants me to submit IRS tax transcript, Form W2 and Federal Income tax returns. However, I received my green card last year in December and have been out of the country till this October. I was employed abroad and only recently I filed tax return. With the tax return, I also filed an application for my Wife's Tax no so that I could file jointly. However, I have not heard from the IRS and they have informed me that it will take a really long time for them to process. I do not want to wait this long and I was wondering if I just enclosed a letter from my current employment stating my salary and explained to them that I don't have a IRS tax transcript if it would be ok. I didn't make good photocopies of the Federal Tax return that I submitted but I have a picture with all the information - Should I submit a photocopy with the information that I submitted to the IRS?

Hope to hear from you soon! Many thanks!

You said you filed so that means you have 1040 and all the schedules and W2. That' what you submit. It's tax transcripts OR Tax returns and W2.

That's 2014 So you have nothing for 2013 or 2012? You probably need a joint sponsor. Depends on your embassy and the CO.
