hi.

I and my fiance we submitted for k1 visa 6 months ago. but we did not get the answer that they received mail, means nothing not tell us. before we send the same for this visa and then they answered, but we missed one paper. At that point we had some obligations and did not send the paper, but we have for some time all over again collected together and sent. But it did not answer at all, not even to have received mail, and that they should have to answer for 2-3 weeks. if someone had a similar situation, or as some advice

thanks

You should probably call USCIS to see if they received your paperwork.

Where are you filing from? What dates did you send? Please update your timeline so more people can help you.

No one knows anything about your case if you do not input a timeline. Also call USCIS for the status of your case.

So let me get this right you filed for the K1 visa and they needed more information from you, you sent it in and they didn't respond?

All you have to do is go to the USCIS.gov website and the Contact Us button on the top right of the page. But here is the number anyway. 1-800-375-5283

Did you send in any form of payment the second time too? If so did you send a check perhaps? Was it cashed?

Or maybe I am reading your post wrong....did you send in a whole new application or just all your paperwork?

Very difficult to decipher but it sounds like you sent in a K1 petition. Received an RFE. Possibly did not respond by the deadline? You have a limited time period to respond to an RFE. Did you respond by the deadline on the RFE letter? If so then you should contact USCIS to inquire about the status of your petition. You can also check online at USCIS.gov

Either call of email USCIS and ask them if they received your documents and what the status of your case is. If you missed the deadline then you need to ask them how to proceed and where to go from here.
