indeed, i'm right there with you.

however, those closest to me know that i have a huge soft spot for a righteously placed steel guitar. i love old, real country..loretta and willie etc etc - also love uncle tupelo, old 97s, whiskeytown, neko case (before she shed her twangy roots) and i wore out my copy of julie roberts "men and mascara" back a few years ago. i am a product of my environment after all.
