Iv gone through it...but there's nowhere in this write up that asks for a front loading of pictures, and other documents to prove bonafide relationship..do we have to send pictures, phone logs and other stuffs to NVC,because my husband said it's not necessary we do that,he said I can take all of that evidence to the interview.i argued with him we have to sideload, but I don't know if he's right after all, thats my major concern cuz I wanna get it right the first time.thanks for your quick response merrytooth.

You are going through Lagos. What exactly did you send with your I-130 petition?

The timeline is in about a week or 2 your petition should arrive at NVC. And in about 30 days you should have case#. Only photocopies will be needed at NVC. So your husband needs copy of your Birth certificate, Bio pages of passport and your police report and marriage certificate. You keep originals for interviews.

If you submitted no pictures I surely would do it at NVC along with the Visa stamps from husbands passport to show all visits to you. Pics should show from when relationship started to now. Along with phone logs. You can keep chats and emails and things for interview.

Also is your husband a US citizen?

No police report is part of the IV package sent to NVC. It's in the NVC Process wiki. All you need to send.
