Supervisor Review

NVC received my documents on Nov 5th. It has been more than 30 days now. The NVC person said she could put me into supervisor review. I submitted all documents and based on the checklist I shouldn't be missing anything. The person on the phone said it could take 42 days. Does this mean 42 days total or an additional 42 days? I can't believe it takes this long to get to the interview. So frustrating since its all near the end of the process and its taking this long. Anyone that got NVC receipt in November receive an interview date yet? Should I just keep calling and bugging them? Was it a mistake to do supervisor review? Should I just contact my congressman?

SORRY TO HEAR THAT IM IN THE SAME BOAT MY MAIL IS THERE SINCE OCT 21 ACCORDING TO SCAN DATE , BUT AFTER THE 30 DAYS I CALL TO GET AN UPDATED AND THE CR JUST PUT UNDER SUPERVISOR REVIEW I TELL HER I DONT WANT THAT BUT SHE DID IT . NOW IS UNDER SUP REVIEW AND STILL THE CASE JUST SITTING THERE COS NOBODY START OPEN THE MAIL YET AND THIS MORNING WHEN I CALL THE CR TOLD ME THE 42 TO 45 COS OF THE HOLIDAYS MA BE BY JANUARY 6 . I CALL MY SENATOR COS THEY HELPING ME IN SEPTEMBER COS MY CASE WAS IN LIMBO AND IS WHEN MY CASE START MOVING A LITTLE BIT COS I GET A CHECKLIST FOR THE SAME DOCUMENTS I MAILED TO THEM BEFORE AND THEY LOST . IS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE BE THERE BUT I WISH THE BEST TO ALL .

Ok I will contact my congressman then. It doesnt have to be a senator right?

my story is same like u, i did call nvc after 30 days review period and they put me on supervisor review. i call them today and i ask if i can talk to a supervisor and the person who was helping me he ask why i wanna talk to a supervisor so i told him about my case. he say no u can not talk to supervisor buz ur case just start in oct. is it true guys did i ask it too early? dont know what to do.
