Did you get infopass appointment? (does you file at CSC or local office)

No, i am not from Atlanta. I do not think one's region matters except for distribution with VSC or CSC.

I filed at VSC and transferred to CSC.

My lawyer said CIS ombudsman service is a waste and no help.

I did go for an infopass appointment on Dec 30th and they refused to stamp my passport. My Conditional GC + extension letter is valid till April'16. They told me to come back after that if needed.

I went for inforpass appointment 22nd jan 2016. I got same response, they refuse me for stamp give me the same reason until april 16 2016.

to update mine, i called a Tier 2 rep, they still told me my case is on background check. Told me just wait

Yes local Office, and no RFE at all. i was stuck on background clearance, now the interview next week. What about you? and not yet sending the n400
