Lost NOA, green card and I need to travel outside the country... Please help!!!

On friday I was running late to the MVA and I had my expired green card and NOA with me. I don't know how I forgot my bag in the bus and lost it all. I filed to remove the conditions in April and did my biometrics in March, but I still waiting for my 10 years green card. I need need to travel to Peru in 2 weeks and I don't know what to do? I don't know if I should file an I-90 for my lost green card because the new one may take 1 or 2 months more. I don't know if I qualified for the I-551 stamp without filling the I-90. Please anybody who knows or had a similar situations let me know please.

Without your green card you will need an I-551 stamp in your passport to travel overseas.

To obtain that stamp you will need to file an I-90 to receive a new green card (this week be a copy of your old expired card, until your RoC is approved).

This is unlikely to happen in two weeks, so you will likely need to either postpone your travel or be prepared to spend several months outside the US.
