my fiancee called nvc to get my manila case number and he get it and nvc says that our case forwarded to manila embassy last nov.30. my question is when I can received my letter from embassy?

You will receive the NOA2 in about 30 days. Instructions from USEM for the interview is another issue. Currently the waters are murky as to if, when or if ever you'll receive that packet. Which BTW is not needed to pay your interview fee, schedule your interview and complete your medical.

If you want to keep the process moving forward then follow the link below at the red twisting arrow for step by step instructions. You don't need to wait for the "letter" as it may or may not come.

Now that you have your MNL # get moving!! Pay your visa fee, schedule your interview, complete the medical. DO NOT sit around waiting for some letter from the embassy that rarely arrives, it isn't needed as everything is online (which is basically what the letter will tell you).

Use the embassy instructions letter as your checklist http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/1178798/feb2015/K1-K2%20Applicant%20Interview%20Preparation%20Instructions%20-%20English%20_February%202015_.pdf

Odds are they have the NOA2 already. ;):) I think you meant NVC letter with the MNL#

im just being confused hank we dont have the noa 2yet.its uscis approval letter of our 129f that I mistaken as noa 2..

How did you know your petition was approved? Your fiance never received the NOA2 Approval Notice of the petition from USCIS? Your fiance most likely has this, and should make sure to keep it safe as it will be needed later, after you are in the USA for the AOS process. You do not need a copy of the NOA2 for the visa application process.

If the NOA2 approval notice was never received by the petitioner from USCIS then for sure contact USCIS about this.

hank can you please tell me what is noa1 and noa2.I know it means number of action but I wanted to know more other than that.

NOA is the I-797 Notice Of Action form. You get one when the case file is received at the Service Center, then you get the 2nd notice when the petition is approved... thus NOA 1 &2 Just makes sure you have the NOA2 petiton approval notice.

Here is a sample:
