Divorce, Help please

My marriage has reached a dead end, my wife wants a divorce, I am almost a year here in the US and I have my GC. My marriage is not working out and my wife (USC) wants to divorce, our marriage is real and I have a proof for good faith marriage, this is what I have;

Joint checking account

Joint car lease and insurance

Joint health insurance (thru my work)

Joint stores membership

Joint utility bills

Joint rent agreement

Joint phone bill

Birthday and holidays cards from her and her family

Photos

1 year tax returns (married filing jointly)

I dont want the divorce but I cant stop her. what should I do now? do I file for ROC with divorce waiver after the divorce is finalized or I wait 90 days before the GC expires? Do I need a lawyer to help when there will be an interview?

She said she is not happy, although I am providing for her everything and taking care of her bills. I think she just prefer the single life and the married one.

No she didn't file yet, she said she want us to file together. What are my chances to get a divorce waiver approved?
