More documents required at Nvc ?!!

So I sent all my documents in October.. I was then worried days pass and I called and they told me that I need to send in 2 more documents that I ALREADY had sent ! They probably lost it. But I sent those documents the last week of November. They emailed me saying they recieved it Dec 1 but what I want to know is if it will take the same 30 days to either give an interview date or to ask for more documents and do they usually keep asking for more documents although they were already sent. Thank you

Hi LaChiChii809, the same thing happened to my case. The day I was notified that they were missing docs they put me in supervisor review which would have taken 42 days in addition to the 30 days I had already waited. I ended up sending the docs that they stated were missing even though I knew they already had them and was told I would need to wait another 30 days. Long story short I got case complete about 10 days after they received the replacement docs. I'm not sure if it was the supervisor review or the DR dept. that completed case. I hope they review your documents soon so that you'll have your cc before the 30 days but it can take up that amount of time.

Documents get lost at the NVC and USCIS all the time. If they ask you for documents resend them even if you have already sent them ASAP and your case will move on. It's that simple. Yes there will be an additional 30 days for them to check the documents you send again.
