Are you part of the militia? Where is your membership card? Did you serve as a member of the Armed Forces? Just curious...

I think it needs to be updated. Considering that there were things in the Constitution that have been changed for the better, the 2nd isn't immune to such changes.

Yep, but when it comes to denying people birthright citizenship, forcing folks to register due to religious practices, and spying on houses of worship, people aren't so willing to stand up for that.

If you possess an illegal firearm then mandatory 30 years in jail no parole . That would be a good place to start getting a handle on this problem . I could support that law
