Register Delivery Address on ustraveldocs without making an appointment? (after interview)

I don't know if I did it right, but my aunt and her daughters are instructed to register their delivery address on ustraveldocs. This is after their interview and don't have an account for ustraveldocs. Their appointment comes from NVC.

I created an account for my aunt (principal applicant) then clicked on "new appointment" and fill out everything including info of her dependents, then selected Home delivery, on the next step after registering delivery address, there's this form to choose an appointment date, there's no skip button so I just clicked the home button to go to dashboard.

So do you think I've registered their address successfully?

There's no problem in their interview, just this delivery address thing, unlike my mom's interview few months back that didn't need to register coz they get her address during the interview.

Thanks. Good day!

When did they get interviewed? My parents got interviewed Dec 3. I don't remember selecting new appointment because they were already interviewed. I think I clicked IV delivery or something, not new appointment.

Actually, the only option for me is

-new application/ schedule appointment, where I'm able to input her dependents' info and select method of Delivery.

-group scheduling request

-provide feedback

-update profile, already updated since I already filled it out on 'new application', where I can also see the address

-logout

They've been interviewed last Dec. 4 and BTW, based on ceac, status is already ISSUED just a moment ago.

Hi Haseo,

There is usually only three options given after you have created the new user when selecting Login. The screen should have offered (1) Register delivery address (2) Non-Immigrant Visa (3) Immigrant Visa.

Each consulate may instruct the visa process different. But, the consulate here in HCMC Vietnam instructs to visit the ustraveldocs website immediately after getting the IV packet to register your address.

After you register your address, it will prompt you to a bar coded page with the Beneficiary's name and address. It says to present this page at time of interview. I have heard that after the interview, the consulate officer will direct the person to the (EMS) counter to provide their home address.

So, I would think that they might already have your address. It looks like the passport and visa is already "ISSUED" as you stated. So, you should be getting it in a day or two.

AS long as you put a delivery address, you're fine.

When I was not sure if I did it right, I did chat with a representative. There was a link I had to go to check if I did register correctly.

I just don't know, but after creating my aunt's account, it just directs me to an empty dashboard, maybe ustraveldocs on ph and vietnam is different? When I created mine and my uncle's few months back to reschedule our interviews, it's just the same, no option for NIV or IV after account creation, only when filled out the step by step forms - 'new appointment'

Anyway, so ISSUED means they already know my aunt's address? I hope yes xD, I just didn't know what exactly happened during their interview if they've given their address to the embassy which is the usual, when I had my interview last August. Thanks ^^

Just to update this thread, I already got it now, just click on "New application/schedule appointment" after logging in then select "Register Delivery Address for IV"

Maybe I just overlooked that xD, thanks for all the help ^^

I finally got the confirmation with barcode, but it says "bring this during interview". She's done with her interview already, Where did you send that confirmation? Thanks.

I think it's already registered so no more actions needed since they've already been interviewed.

Thanks..
