The easiest would be to get a "no objection" letter, as stated above, which basically waives the 2 year home stay due to the unusual circumstances, plus with how long it takes to get the actual visa, you may be out of the requirement by the time she gets it.

Your wife is still elligible for the visa anyways, so if worse comes to the worst, she will need to travel by herself and petition you.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Just to point out that DV2016 visas need to be issued by 30 September 2016 so it's not actually that long vs a 2-year requirement... (It's not entirely clear from the first post if he is still in the US or not)

Agree of course that it won't stop the wife and kids getting their visas anyway.

Thank you very much for your help, I returned to my home country since February 21, 2015.

I will start the procedure of no objection statement but i afraid that the waiver takes a long time, and our appointment may be in the month of February 2016.
Can i get a tourist visa to take my family and install them if they obtain the visa and after that return to my home country?
Best regards

You can try for a tourist visa, but unless you have strong ties to home, you probably won't get one.
