Is there some way She can get a copy of her NBI without going to a clearance outlet and having to do the hole process over again ? She acquired her NBI back in Sept. but now she can't find the Cert. She DID take a picture of the cert. that has all info, including The NBI ID number and date it was printed. Also a number printed in the upper right corner of the document. We have time for her to do again if necessary, but it is such a PIA waiting in line all day. Hope someone can Help !

You can request an NBI online, (think you still have to pick it up in person), but you will need a new original NBI for the interview... .NO option.

Follow the embassy instructions letter, all requested documents from NBI and PSA need to be originals and issued within 6 months of the interview.

It's not hard to get another NBI clearance. With me here in Mindanao it only takes half day and you can have your NBI clearance. Your fiancee will only have a problem and it will take longer if at their system there's 2 the same name of hers or she have some records. It is better she get the original one. People I know who are already finish with their visa journey told me the embassy required the original.
