Yes a driver's liscense or a state ID that we tried to get would have been perfect for the bank, but unfortunatly we were not able to get a state ID for my wife. Eventually she will get a driver's license, but since she does not know how to drive yet we just tried to get a state ID at first. She does have a SSN and work authorization, but those don't have addresses on them. The bank has a big list of things they accept. There are different categories and you need to submit something from each one. Something that shows her name and address is the category that we are not able to provide something acceptable from. Like I said, we tried showing the USCIS letters and the tax transcipt from the IRS, but those were not on their list. Her eventual pay check from her new job should work and we will try that next.

Marriage certificate is not listed as the requirement but if they want It guess we will have to send it in again...I think what a good, document shows your wife's address is a driver's license. Banks usually only accept government issued ID..i am wondering what documents did you submit at first?

You are doing ROC and MJ is doing an AOS. So you do not need to send your marriage certificate.
