221g domicile proof & processing time - IR1

Hello VJers!

My hubby interviewed on December 2 and received a 221(g) that said:

"Other: PET: You have noted you have foreign earned income and moving back to the U.S. Your income does not meet. You must show proof of assets about $75,336 or get a joint sponsor. Please provide proof of domicile. If you have returned to the U.S. please provide passport stamps showing this."

My parents will be our joint sponsor, but I want to check about proof of domicile and the processing time for a 221g.

Are these documents sufficient to prove I will reestablish domicile concurrently with my spouse (I have also emailed the embassy, but would like your opinions):

1. Job offer letter

2A. Contract with parents stating our rental agreement

2B Signed letter detailing our stay with parents

3. Return itinerary - dates we are leaving

4. Email from daycare for our daughter's registration there

5. Email from shipping company with estimate and correspondence regarding shipping our belongings

6. Voter registration card showing permanent US address

7. Bank of America credit card statement showing US billing address

8. Bank of America – November 2015 bank statement showing permanent US address

9. New Jersey driver’s license showing permanent US address

10. Social security card

11. Student loan documents

How long after submitting the documents do they reply about visa approval or issue another 221g?
