Got one RFE, just wanted pay stubs and a letter from my work, even though their website says its not required. One month after they received my RFE response, they approved us for the EAD. In your opinion and from what you have seen, is it most likely we will also be approved for the green card? and what are the odds of no interview vs interview. Thank you...

No support, this site is getting less helpful every year. I've been here since 2003, people used to care a lot more back then.

Did you join a September 2015 AOS filer thread? Those are helpful to gauge where you may be in relation to other filers. It's difficult to answer your question, because it's like asking "How long is a piece of string".

AOS cases are processed much differently from Form I-129F. They start out centralized, but can be sent to local offices - some of which are painfully backed up. For example, Dallas is backed up to nearly a year!

I have been trying to gauge the processing time myself. It seems that those that filed back in 2014 are waiting much longer than those in 2015. I saw one case that received their NPIW in 2014, but didn't get their I-551 until a year later. Then, I found other early 2015 cases that received their GC within 7 months without interviews.

A trend I seem to be seeing (which isn't based on real numbers, just me poking around on some threads and looking at their timelines/signatures) are that cases filed the latter half of 2015 are being processed much faster. For example, there are three or four people that are on my March 2015 K-1 filer thread that already have their GC! They said they didn't even get a NPIW - their message just changed to "Card in production"!!

So I have no clue what mine will be - will I be lumped in with the miserable Dallas filers and wait 14-16 months or will I be like some of these latter 2015 filers with a GC in 4-7 months? Don't know...
