Good day,

I am trying to get some guidance on what steps my husband and I need to take to petition his two girls here. We filed i-130 and i-485 concurrently as he is in the US. How can I get our girls added? ANy one familiar with the proper form and fees to add them? I have seen info stating as long as I get the paperwork in before his Adjustment of status is approved then we will be fine.

hi

you cannot add them, as mentioned, you will file a separate petition for each one of them as the stepmom

for now, only an i130 for each and it will take about a year

do they live with the mom? if they are minors, will the mom consent for them to leave the country?

One my husbad has full custody of and our daughter her mom has agreed to give written consent. So for the girls I would just do the regular process of i-130 (cr1 process)?

thank you both for your prompt responses
