Yes your fiance can attend your interview with you. I have experienced it recently when me and my mom dad accompanied my wife to the embassy. We just showed them our US passports and all of us went inside where people were sitting waiting for the interview. At the time of interview CO asked my wife "when did your husband visit last time" she looked at me and told him "he is right here with me" then CO called me at the window too.

Yes of course your petitioner can attend the interview. When asked just provide the US passport and state that they are the petitioner. Also your petitioner can accompany you during your interview-which takes place at a window, NOT in a room. In my case, and I believe it is common, that if the petitioner is with you they will encourage the petitioner to answer questions as well.

You can go to US embassy but they will not allow you to go with her inside the adjudication room.

The petitioner can attend the interview, including participating in the interview, which occurs at a window not in a separate interview room. If you are called into a separate interview room, there is BIG problems with your case.
