oh well.... :blink: getiin paranoid had couple of touches 3/5 & 3/6 but still same status why so many touches???? :( i'm startin to get worried. i know they are workin on our case but i'm just a bit worried hope this doesn't mean RFE or worse. :crying:

My best guess is you're already approved but the USCIS website is not telling you yet... Take this one thread for example

They were "touched" but didn't receive the automatic notice and update... Maybe you should follow what she did or just wait till you got the NOA2 hardcopy in the mail...

Well...my fiance and I are at this point, where we wouldn't mind a RFE.....that would at least show us, that they are working on our case though. Right now we know nothing and it's just disappointing to go without a touch at all!!

Don't worry too much Diana... I know it's easy for me to say this but you'll just get yourself upset if you keep on worrying. I checked your timeline and you're still within the time frame... I know it sucks big time to see others getting approved and leaving you behind but just remember that nobody can tell what's USCIS system in approving cases... Keep your faith sister! Your NOA2 is probably on its way! :thumbs: I'll be pulling for you! :luv:

ohh...thank u guys.It's just that when ur at this stage can;t really help but be emotional bout the whole thing. well i"m sure glad have my VJ family who never fails to give comfort and support to all of us . :thumbs:

I-129F sent and recieved by USCIS on Feb 16th, 2007-Also I fly to Vietnam to see my fiancee on today. This is the 4th times I have flied to vietnam within a year time frame. I miss her.

That's a good sign! We got 2 days touches too and status never change but after a week we received the NOA2 via POST MAIL. Until now our USCIS status did not change.

Message to USCIS:

Do not touch if you are not going to work on the case!!!! If you are moving it from pile to pile, dont even mention it. You are stressing us out! If you touch, better be approving or at least RFEing it. Dont want no RFE's but like John&Diana said, at least I would know that they are working our case. Hope this make sense.
