Hi, can somebody help me with the requirements needed for the Adjustment of Status?

Unfortunately we have submitted my fiance's original W2 to the embassy and was included in the packet that they have given me which I also submitted on my POE, so I'm just wondering if we will be needing that?

I will really appreciate it. Thank you so much in advance!

You can get the most recent IRS transcript and not need the W-2 for the I-864.

Print out your I-94 info > https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html

Follow this guide for getting the SSN > http://www.visajourney.com/content/ssn

Follow this guide for AOS > http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

The fees are listed here > http://www.uscis.gov/i-485

The fees for the I-765(EAD-work authorization) and I-131(AP-advance parole for travel) are waived when filed with a pending I-485, so include both of those too. It takes about 60-90 days to receive the EAD/AP combo card, which will allow you to work(along with an SSN) and re-enter the US when traveling abroad while waiting for the green card approval.

You need all the supporting documents for each form as well, so read the instructions for each one. You can also search here on VJ for what to include with each form if you get stumped. There are also example forms here on VJ you can look at when filling out the forms. They can be helpful.

And here are the details you need about whether or not you need to see a civil surgeon > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/551080-immunizations-ds-3025-or-i-693/

Thank you KayDeeCee :) For our Co-sponsor, he will be needing the W2 or the transcript right?

Yes, anyone filling out an I-864 will need a complete copy of their most recent tax return or an IRS transcript.

Just one more question :) Do we need to bring our marriage certificate to the immigration to get a stamp?

Stamp for what exactly?

You include a copy of your marriage certificate with the I-485.

I don't know exactly. On my POE the immigration officer told me that as soon as we have our marriage certificate, we should go to the nearest immigration office to have our certificate stamped. What I know is that after our wedding we need to go to DPHS in order to have a certified true copy of the certificate. Is that correct?

No.

The CBP are not often very knowledgeable about the visa system.

There is nothing to get stamped. Your local immigration office doesn't stamp marriage certificates. They had no clue what they were talking about. Follow the instructions in the guides and form instructions. Get married within 90 days and when you file for AOS, you need to provide a copy of the marriage certificate. That will show the USCIS that you married within 90 days and are eligible to AOS based on the K-1 entry and subsequent marriage.
