Fiancee never married but Embassy wants termination of marriage papers

I absolutely would ask the Embassy to correct the form. Yes, yet another delay in an unending nightmare of delays.

Timeline

Well..sent letter asking for corrected reverification forms. The Embassy did get back to me..and apologized..and sent me the incorrect forms again.

For some reason we are stuck in a black hole. I think we are going to pull out our Visa application and start over. Maybe have her go to different country to go through the process.

I've been sitting on the sidelines reading your journey and cheering for your every step that yields success. You are so close now that starting over, to me should not be an option for you. I don't know why you think another embassy is going to be any different.

Just hang in there and get-er-done. You can do this!
