Hi, I would like my father comes to see me and his grandsome next year on a tourist visa... He will not stay longer than six weeks... can you tell me what does he need to prove his strong ties to come back? what kind of documentations?

Generally, they want the documentation to "make sense."

There is no one piece of slam dunk evidence that will make any application be approved. They want to be able to look at the application, and think "ok, this makes sense." When you go on vacation, what are the reasons you go home at the end of your vacation?

For most people, it's a whole package mix of the following:

1. You have a stable job or academic program to go home to.

2. You have a home to go home to.

3. You have your family to return to.

4. You have your life to return to.

5. You're going home.

Does your dad own a house? Does he have a job? Is the job stable, with an average/decent income? Does his family live in Serbia? Does he have a car, cat, dog to return to? Perhaps he'll be in the middle of a home improvement project? If you and your wife went to Serbia to visit, why would you return to the US?

All in all: Why does your dad want to go home after 6 weeks? - The answer to that question is his evidence, and the degree to which it "makes sense" is his B2 visa.

No document i know of will prove that.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
