Yes you should take those documents to interview in case they are asked for there. Generally you won't need the petitioner's divorce decrees but if you can take it, then do.

If your AOS has mistakes then please take a corrected version with evidence to the interview.

A W2 is the tax form that is given to a person at the end of the work year. It shows where they worked, how much they made, how much they paid in taxes, etc... it's part of an ENTIRE tax return. For the AOS you need to submit either an entire tax return including w2s, schedules, etc... anything they submitted to the IRS as part of their tax return. OR, preferably, they can get a tax return transcript which is available from the IRS. The transcript states all the information in a concise manner vs an entire tax return.

If you have a joint sponsor then whomever is sponsoring (preferably the one who makes MORE in the household) needs an I-864. Whomever makes less submits an I-864a to go with that I-864. Then they should go to the IRS and get their tax return transcripts to submit (or submit their entire tax return which means EVERY PAGE they would have had to submit to the IRS in their return.) They should also submit pay stubs to show they are currently employed. If using assets they need the proof of those assets. As a joint sponsor they also need to show their LPR or USC status. Generally this means a copy of a green card, bio-data page of an unexpired passport or birth certificate.

I have a co sponsor and she is grand mother of my wife. She is co owner in her husband business so does she has to submit W-2 form? Secondly I have their 2014 tax return and its combined tax return so would it cause any problem for me because as per the Checklist of NVC regarding AOS they said they require both I864 and I864 A form of her along with her W-2 form and Tax return of 2014. And you didnt answer my question regarding Financial Evidence or by that they mean Tax returns and AOS forms

Yes I did answer your question.

YOU MUST SUBMIT:
1) Joint sponsor = I864

2) Joint sponsor's spouse = I-864a (because they file jointly, the spouse should submit this form.)

3) submit their entire tax return OR tax return transcripts

4) financial evidence meaning: their pay stubs or proof of assets etc. Whatever they have that shows they meet the income and/or asset requirements to sponsor. Because they own a business and are self employed this means their most current tax return.

Instead of a tax return they can submit a tax return transcript which they can get from the IRS.

Take all of this to INTERVIEW.

so it means I864A is for my wife well she doesnt work she is a full time student. And i have their complete tax return actually when our case was at NVC we didnt had Tax return for 2014 as our sponsor filled for extension now i have complete tax return of 2014 which has every thing in it from Assests details to their salaries so would it be enough if i submit all of this return and I wont be needing to ask my sponsor to give me her separate Tax return of 2014 as she I said earliar she is a co owner so this joint tax return of 2014 would serve my purpose.

no

You wife ALWAYS submits an I-864

The I-864a would be for the spouse of the joint sponsor.

If you have their tax return already then that's great.

but NVC didnt mention any thing regarding my wife submitting that here thats what NVC asked from me in its checklist

"Form I-864: Assessment Letter for __Safia___

The National Visa Center (NVC) recently reviewed your I-864 Affidavit of Support form. The
Affidavit of Support form had one or more sections with missing or incorrect information or
was missing required supporting documents, or both.
Please review the instructions below to complete a new Affidavit of Support form or to obtain
the missing supporting documents. Send the corrected Affidavit of Support form or original
documents that are missing to the principal applicant so he or she can take them to the
immigrant visa interview. You should also send photocopies of the Affidavit of Support form
to the principal applicant for each traveling family member to take to the visa interview.
Failure to take the original documents and copies for each traveling family member to the visa
interview can cause processing delays. The Consular Officer will review the corrected form
and documents at the time of the interview.
You do not need to contact the NVC at this time. Also, do not send an updated I-864 Affidavit
of Support form or documents to the NVC. After we schedule the immigrant visa interview, we
will send you an appointment letter.
If you need a new I-864 Affidavit of Support form, you can find it at uscis.gov/forms.
[x] You must submit the following supporting financial evidence:
[x] Your ___2014___IRS transcript from the most recent tax year. You can get a transcript on the IRS' website:
http://www.irs.gov/individuals/order-a-transcript. If you cannot get an IRS transcript, please send a photocopy of your
federal individual income tax return. If you provide a photocopy, you must include a copy of every Form W-2 and Form

[x] Your __2014___W-2 Form(s).
