I surprised my best friend of 15 years and asked her to marry me this year on her visit. We are getting married this week. She is here on a B2 Tourist Visa and is good on her I-94 until Feb 28, 2016.

She is from Venezuela and part of my decision was because I did not want her to return right now in the middle of the crisis going on. She was kidnapped before she came and luckily got away alive. She has been here for over 90 days already so past the 30/60 day thing I have read about.

My question is what exactly do I need to do at this time to have her here permanent?

I am confused as to if I file only the I485 or do I need to do the I130 or ???

I hope there are some people who have done the same that can give advice and counsel on this.

thanks
