Hi Guys is being a while since the last time I posted here.

married my husband on 2004

Been in the Us since 2005 CR1 Visa

I could have applied a long time ago but waited until now. Well I'm filling the form and not sure what to choose in Part 1

Should I choose Permanent Resident for at least 3 years. In addition married to and living with the same Us Citizen spouse ....

I'm a stay at home mommy so I was thinking about filling using this option.

Also submitting :

Husband's passport

Green card

Id State of NY

Birth Certificates of our 2 kids

Marriage certificate

Join taxes for the past 3 yrs

Would that be enough?

Thank you

File under 5 year. Personally, I would not mail any of those documents.

Just bring them to the interview for review, should the agent want to see them. As you've been married for 11 years, he probably won't even bother. Your marriage is obviously legitimate.

hi

why if you have over 5 years of marriage and being a LPR? you don't need to prove that you have a legitimate marriage, you do not need to send tons of documents to prove that you have a bona fide marriage

chose they 5 year rule
